Great question! It has been easier for me to uncover flaws than strengths with this practice. But it's important for me to remember that Bardon saw the uncovering of and meditation on one's strengths as an equally important part of the process, and particularly valuable when it comes to character transformation, as we cannot become something that we do not feel we already possess in seed form.
André Consciência has an excellent concept of the "second soul mirror" which I've used whereby we can meditate on divine strengths that we don't feel we yet possess personally, thereby building a relationship with them and incorporating them into ourselves over time.
Wow!! The Soul Mirror idea is new to me so def bookmarking this. Have you found it more helpful for understanding your own strengths or your flaws?
